Park Jin Joo Reveals What It Feels Like To Act With Kim Da Mi on 'Our Beloved Summer'

In a recent interview, Park Jin Joo revealed that he had received much praise for his role in 'Our Beloved Summer'. He said he was a closed person.

Park Jin Joo took part in the drama "Our Beloved Summer". The 1988-born actress plays the character of Lee Sol Yi, a friend who always supports and accompanies Kook Yeon Su (Kim Da Mi). He also opened a shop.

In a recent interview, Park Jin Joo revealed a lot of praise for his role in "Our Beloved Summer". "I received a lot of calls from people around me while working on this drama," said Park Jin Joo.

The one who gave the test was Park Seo Joon. "I've been friends with Park Seo Joon for a long time, but we never talk about each other's work. I was surprised to hear it for the first time that day," added Park Jin Joo.

Park Jin Joo afterwards revealed what it was like to compete acting with Kim Da Mi. "I'm a person who is closed rather than cheerful. I'm a little worried because it's the closest role. I can blend in well but I'm a shy person," added Park Jin Joo.

Park Jin Joo added, "There is a sense of pleasure that actors feel when their eyes meet, and it's good because our eyes meet so well. Actress Kim Da Mi is quiet but has focused energy," added Park Jin Joo.

In "Our Beloved Summer", Park Jin Joo often blows up factual "attacks" on Kook YeonSu which is sometimes frustrating. "If the character satisfaction is 100 percent, I feel 160 percent satisfied," said Park Jin Joo.

"I didn't expect so many people to like Sol. Actually, I thought Sol's dialogue might not be too harsh on my friends by my standards, so I mixed jokes so that viewers wouldn't feel like it, so it could flow comfortably," concluded Park Jin Joo.

Meanwhile, "Our Beloved Summer" closed the show with the highest rating of 5.3 percent. This drama will be replaced by "Business Proposal" starring Ahn Hyo Seop and Kim Sejeong. (wk/charity)
