Diligent Online Weverse, V BTS Confirms His Relationship with ARMY is Not a Business

BTS and ARMY share aspects of their daily lives through Weverse. V doesn't like to call it 'communication' because it's like they are only related on a business basis.

V BTS (Bangtan Boys) often communicates with ARMY through social media. But he objected if it was considered as a job requirement or just because of business.

Recently in an interview with Vogue Korea, V was reminded of the first time he met the members who later became BTS. The next turning point was when they debuted together after a long training period.

V said, "We formed a solid relationship because we started with a small agency. My thoughts are also very different. Since then, I have considered my group as a new family."

In addition to BTS members, V also has ARMYs, loyal allies who send him unconditional love and support. When the COVID-19 pandemic prevented them from holding offline concerts, BTS began to meet fans more often through their own platform, Weverse.

They share aspects of their daily life through this platform. V doesn't like to call it "communication" because somehow it feels like they're just related on a business basis.

"I want to be close friends with ARMY, and I talk to them on Weverse whenever I have a problem or something I want to share. This is how I want to interact all the time, I don't like to think of anything as a business," he continued.

"I take photos because I like, I do things because I like them and I approach people because I like them. I accept that you sometimes need a business mindset, but I'm not good at it. That's my weakness," explained V.

V maintained this sincere attitude for one simple reason, "Because I am loved by many people, I want to share that love." Then what are the words that V holds when going through difficult times?

"A lot of people already know this, but what my dad said was, 'It's no big deal!' and it still gives me strength to this day," recalls the 1995-born singer.

V continued, "Also, my groupmates told me that I could lean on them and talk to them whenever I was having a hard time. When I was struggling, they comforted me as Kim Taehyung, not V." (wk/chus)
