GOT7's BamBam again talked about his friendship with BLACKPINK's Lisa which is no longer a secret on a recent radio show. Revealing his thoughts on his new solo album.
GOT7's BamBam is known to be currently promoting his new solo album "riBBon". BamBam attended various events to introduce his album.
Recently, BamBam was a guest on the SBS Power FM radio show "Park Sohyun's Love Game". BamBam talked about the support given by people around him for his solo album.
BamBam also mentioned that BLACKPINK's Lisa was the one he chose to listen to all the songs on his album before it was officially released. It's no secret that BamBam and Lisa have been known to be friends since childhood.
Not only because they are both Thai citizens, BamBam and Lisa have often been seen together since childhood. The two also often show closeness in front of the media when they meet.
"I let Lisa nuna listen to one of the songs before it was released. She said it had an addictive factor. I sent her a highlight medley, and she said she liked 'Pandora'," said BamBam.
BamBam's mini album "riBBon" is known to have 6 songs including an intro. In addition there are "Pandora", "riBBon", "Look so fine", "Air", and "Under the sky". "riBBon" was chosen as the title track in BamBam's solo mini album.
The handsome idol born in 1997 also admitted that he didn't tell GOT7 about his album. BamBam said he wanted to surprise 6 other GOT7 members.
"I want to hear the opinions of people around me, and I want to surprise the members. So, instead, I only get opinions from friends around me (besides GOT7)," explained BamBam.
Meanwhile, the album "riBBon" itself was first released on June 15, 2021. To date, the music video for "riBBon" has been watched more than 51 million times on YouTube. (wk/alpha)
