Pledis Entertainment representatives explained that Baekho will play Haram, a man who inspires the main character Hannah in the performance which will start on May 1.

The latest news comes from Baekho. This NU'EST member will debut in a musical. Debut on the musical stage will begin at a performance titled "Midnight Sun".

This news was announced by Pledis Entertainment, Tuesday, March 30th. "Baekho NU'EST will join the cast of the musical 'Midnight Sun' as Haram. Please give support and attention to Baekho who will be making his first musical debut," said a Pledis Entertainment representative.

"Midnight Sun" itself is a romantic musical that tells the story of a girl named Hannah. While singing in the moonlight, he met Haram. Haram then inspired Hannah to sing cheerful songs. The performance of "Midnight Sun" will be held on May 1st at the Gwanglim Art Center building until July 25th.

Meanwhile, NU'EST will release their second full album entitled "Romanticize" on April 19. This will be NU'EST's first full album after debuting seven years ago. For the new work, currently the members are said to be busy preparing the full album in question.

NU'EST made their last comeback last year with the release of "The Nocturne" last May. NU'EST's first full album is titled "RE: BIRTH" and was released on July 9, 2014 with a total of 11 songs. The album successfully sold 12,000 copies in 2014.

The news about the release of this full album was certainly welcomed by fans because previously they were furious at the agency because they were considered not really caring about the idol's career. The fans called L.O.Λ.E even agreed to announce the hashtag "#PledisStopNUESTMistreatment" so that NU'EST can be active again in the K-Pop scene.

As is well known, Pledis Entertainment has made NU'EST like a "long sleep". This music group does not have any promotional activities after last releasing "I'm in Trouble" in May 2020. In addition, the group reality show "Love Story: NU'EST Lab" has also been discontinued since November 2020 and there has been no news of its continuation until now. /wk
