The Won Bin and Na Young buildings are reportedly located in an area with various convenient amenities, such as the luxury shopping street Cheongdamdong and COEX.
Won Bin and Lee Na Young are reported to be selling the luxury building they own at a fantastic price. The building in the Gangnam-gu area, Seoul was reportedly purchased by the couple in 2018 for 14.5 billion won (around Rp. 158 billion).
Their luxury building has two basement floors and five ground floors, with a land area of 715.1 square meters and a total floor area of 2456.19 square meters. According to the real estate industry, the building is now being offered for 30 billion won.
If converted into rupiah, it reaches IDR 328 billion. Although the exact price cannot be confirmed as no transactions have been made yet, it is said that the couple will not sell the building unless bids exceed 30 billion won.

It takes only 8 minutes (about 300m) to walk to Rodeo Apgujeong Station on the Suin-Bundang Line. However, the only drawback is that the building is quite old because it was built in 1992 and the parking lot is narrow.
Reports about the rising assets of Won Bin and Na Young's 1 building immediately caught the attention of fans. However, this seems to have sparked disappointment because the possibility of Won Bin's acting comeback will be dwindling.
Fans feel that Won Bin can make a lot of money without doing activities in the entertainment industry. Counting since the last time in 2010 ago through "The Man From Nowhere", Won Bin is no longer starring in drama or film projects to date.
