Super busy, Hyun Bin, who has the status of a new dad, has already set his schedule for early 2023. Hyun Bin will accompany Son Ye Jin and their son until the Chinese New Year.
Hyun Bin and Son Ye Jin are in the middle of being new parents. As is known, Son Ye Jin gave birth to their first son on Sunday (27/11). It is estimated that Hyun Bin will be able to accompany his wife and son until the Lunar New Year before returning to work.
Reportedly not accompanying Son Ye Jin at the birth, Hyun Bin is said to be able to spend time with his little family until Chinese New Year. New dad is super busy, Hyun Bin will be back to filming his upcoming project after the Chinese New Year holidays. Chinese New Year itself falls on January 23, 2023.
On December 1, local media revealed that "Harbin" would begin filming in Latvia early next year. With Hyun Bin in the lead role, the film will start shooting on January 25, 2023.
It was revealed that director Woo Min Ho and the cast and crew will arrive in Latvia on January 25. Because the overseas filming schedule is different for each character, the length of time that actors travel to Latvia and stay there varies. This means they probably won't be leaving together on January 20.
Hyun Bin and other main cast members such as Park Jung Min, Jo Woo Jin, Jeon Yeo Bin, Yoo Jae Myung, and Park Hoon plan to leave Korea according to their personal schedules after spending the Lunar New Year holidays in Korea. Therefore, Hyun Bin will be living with his wife Son Ye Jin for nearly two months.
Meanwhile, "Harbin" is an espionage action film about freedom fighters who risk their lives to regain their homeland in Korea. The setting of this film was taken in Harbin which was part of the Empire of Japan in 1909.
"Harbin" itself began filming on November 20. So far the film is about 10 percent complete.
In the movie "Harbin", Hyun Bin will play a Korean independent activity named Ahn Joong Geun. The historical figure is famous for assassinating Japan's first prime minister, Ito Hirobumi in 1909.
Meanwhile, Hyun Bin and Son Ye Jin officially married at the end of March 2022. In love with the location after starring in "Crash Landing on You" in 2019, the couple decided to go public the following year. In June 2022, Son Ye Jin announced that she was pregnant. (wk/inta)
