BigHit Music ensures that it has now reported the perpetrators of oblique comments including defamation, spreading baseless information, and sexual harassment to the authorities.
Unmitigated, BigHit Music dragged the perpetrators with criminal charges. The agency revealed that fans are taking an important role because they have helped collect evidence of TXT's rights violations.

Our company regularly initiates legal proceedings against perpetrators of malicious activities related to TOMORROW X TOGETHER, including defamation, personal attacks, sexual harassment, spreading of baseless information, and ill-intentioned criticism. "We have filed several criminal charges using new evidence provided by fans and through our monitoring initiatives collected in the second half of this year," continued the label which also houses BTS.
The agency that houses Soobin, Yeonjun, Beomgyu, Taehyun, and Huening Kai ensures that they will not provide leniency to the perpetrators. BigHit Music also promises to continue to collect evidence of TXT's rights infringement and regularly report perpetrators of malicious comments. The fans are also expected to help protect TXT members.
"We have filed into a criminal complaint malicious posts involving sexual harassment that were discovered through the monitoring activities of our online community. We are also taking legal action against malicious posts about artists across all channels, including social media and online communities.
