However, on the way home, Hyesung stopped his vehicle on the road and fell asleep, and the police were called to investigate the parked vehicle. After that, Hyesung was arrested for refusing a breathalyzer test.
Shin Hyesung had no reason to reason that he was driving under the influence of alcohol, nor did he take the vehicle without realizing that it was not his. He apologized sincerely for his actions.
