The meeting between Bangtan Boys and United States President Joe Biden on May 31 yesterday really caught the world's attention. BTS and Biden met and spoke at the White House to discuss the rise of anti-Asian hate crimes and the importance of diversity and awareness.

Photos and clips from the meeting have been shared on Twitter, ranging from serious moments to funnier ones. One of them was President Joe Biden's tweet to @BTS_twt, "This is one President who appreciates you." and Rap Monster then replied, "I have to tell my mom."

Several tweets were shared by President Biden's own Twitter account, and one particular tweet has now become his top post during his presidency so far. The post features a video of BTS' meeting with the President, as well as some snippets from their conversation about the importance of Asian America Heritage Month and how BTS is helping to spread positive messages around the world.

"Nice to meet you, @bts_bighit. Thank you for all you are doing to raise awareness around the rise in hate crimes and anti-Asian discrimination," wrote Joe Biden. "I look forward to sharing more of our conversations soon."

So far, the tweet has less than a million likes (roughly 979k at the time of this post), over 400,000 retweets, and over 15,000 comments! The video itself has been viewed about 6.2 million times. With all of this combined, it has become the fifth most popular tweet of the week. (wk/aiss)
