Boy group TXT has just made history on Billboard. They became the first K-Pop artists to enter the Song Breaker Chart.


Launching Soompi, Thursday (24/3/2022) Billboard officially announced that TXT debuted on the latest Song Breaker chart at No. 18. Made the first Korean male boy group to enter the chart.

Billboard's Song Breaker chart, providing industry-standard rankings of music digital content. Backed by Logitech, this chart is a factor in popularity across social platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.

TXT is not only the first male K-pop boy group to enter the Song Breaker Chart, but also the second K-pop artist overall.

TWICE who debuted on the chart last December at No. 4, is the first to enter the chart.

After Taehyun and Yeonjun collaborated with Salem Ilese and Alan Walker on the new PS5 single, Yeonjun recently created a dance challenge for the song.

With over 16 million followers on TikTok, TXT is currently the second-highest number of male K-pop groups on the platform, trailing only BTS. /celebrties.id
