In the new video released by GOT the Beat, Seulgi was asked how she felt when she first met her respected senior. The answer is very sweet.

The interactions between SM Entertainment artists never fail to make fans smile. As recently, Red Velvet's Seulgi was asked how she felt when she first met Girls' Generation's Tae Yeon, and gave a really sweet answer.

On February 9, 2022, Girls on Top: GOT the Beat released a video titled "Girls On Top: let's get to the top" on their official YouTube channel. The video shows BoA, Tae Yeon, Hyoyeon, Seulgi, Wendy, and Karina and Winter aespa chatting separately.

Next, a game was held to answer questions about the members of GOT the Beat. Tae Yeon and Seulgi, Wendy and Winter, BoA, Hyoyeon, and Karina teamed up to answer questions about each other.

When asked to describe the other members' first impressions in five syllables (hangeul), Seulgi made a coy confession to Tae Yeon. After pondering for a while, Seulgi said, "Are you an angel?"

After hearing this, Tae Yeon screamed in a high pitched voice as if he was embarrassed. When asked his first impression of Seulgi, Tae Yeon replied, "The bear in the coat."

Bear is Seulgi's nickname, and Tae Yeon described her junior as a "bear in a coat" because she wore a coat on their first meeting.

Regarding GOT the Beat's unit activities, Tae Yeon expressed his joy, saying, "It's great to be together with various members through this opportunity."

"It's nice to be able to have a meaningful day with the members today. I never imagined that I could appear on music shows with this combination," said Seulgi expressing her proud feelings.

Meanwhile, GOT the Beat's "Step Back" has remained at the top of the charts since its release on January 3. The song also attracted attention by staying on the Billboard Global 200 charts in the United States and Billboard Global (excluding the US) for four consecutive weeks. (wk/chus)
