The police then concluded, “Based on that, it is difficult to conclude whether the accusations of 'K' against perpetrator Kim Dong Hee are false: 1. 'K' was able to provide detailed and descriptive testimony regarding the incident; 2. The principal at the time recalled this incident and submitted a sound recording as evidence; 3. Other witnesses have also given testimony confirming the statement 'K'."
Although their lawsuit against the accuser has been dropped by the police, Kim Dong Hee's attorney said, "The fact that the police have rejected the lawsuit does not mean that 'K' is completely correct."
