Synopsis of Artificial City:

The background is an art museum belonging to the Sung Jin Group, a large conglomerate that holds control of the political and financial world in South Korea. It is a psychological mystery thriller drama about things that are lost when humans become greedy and ambitious for power.

Yoon Jae Hee (Park Soo Ae), the head of the Sung Jin Cultural Foundation and in charge of operations at 'Space Jin', an art museum owned by Sung Jin Group. She is also the second daughter-in-law of the family that controls the Sung Jin Group.

Believing that poverty spoils love and that a stable income leads to a stable life, she chooses to throw away her old lover and enters into a comfortable marriage with Jung Joon Hyuk (Kim Kang Woo), the illegitimate son of the Sung Jin Group. In order to make her husband the president of the country, she teams up with the future Attorney General and fights against the Sung Jin Group.

Jung Joon Hyuk is Yoon Jae Hee's husband. Even though he is a popular news anchor with his own fan club, he has harbored a sense of inferiority at being labeled the 'illegitimate child' of Sung Jin Group all his life. He laughs at those who are ambitious and those who pretend to have no ambition even as he waits for the day when he can seize power.

Artificial City will premiere on JTBC on December 8, 2021. This drama will contain 20 episodes and air every Wednesday and Thursday. /detik.com
