The officer gave a response regarding the complaint submitted by South Korean citizens regarding the banner advert for the drama 'Snowdrop'.

Previously, Jisoo BLACKPINK's fanbase from Vietnam, Jisoonly Vietnam held a project to display the drama ad banner 'Snowdrop' in public places in Seoul, South Korea.

However, the ad banner immediately received protests from residents, because the drama 'Snowdrop' was considered to have distorted Korean history.

Responding to protests from residents, the officers who installed the electronic advertisement banner immediately gave their answers to the residents concerned.
“Hello dear customer. Your complaint has been reviewed and the results are as follows. First of all, we apologize for the inconvenience you experienced while using the metro. Regarding what you mentioned, we understand that you request that the 'Snowdrop' advertisement be stopped as this is a drama that distorts history. After checking what you have to say, this is our opinion. The ad is compliant with the rules governing outdoor or public building advertising, and is approved once it is considered a commercial advertisement. We hope you understand that none of the content displayed on the ad itself should be used to request discontinuation. Once again, we're sorry that the ads made you feel uncomfortable, and we'll be more careful about ads. In the future, if there are more things you want to know, if you contact the advertising team, they will be happy to answer your questions. Thank you for your interest and hope you stay safe amidst the pandemic. Thank you."
Meanwhile, the drama 'Snowdrop' starring Jisoo and Jung Hae In is scheduled to air on JTBC on December 18, 2021. (www.kpopchart.net)
