The casting news continues to come from the drama "Yumi's Cells" which has Kim Go Eun as the female lead. On Monday (29/3), local media reported that SHINee's Minho was targeted to take part in the drama.

However, the idol born in 1991 was not targeted as one of the main players but only a special appearance. This news was immediately confirmed by SM Entertainment, which even leaked the name of his role.

"He (Minho) has received an offer to make a special appearance in the drama as Woo Gi and he is reviewing it positively," said SM Entertainment. Minho himself is known to have had a lot of acting experience.
