INFINITE's Sunggyu has just released his latest solo album, "Won Not Forget You", with the title song "HUSH". Talking with Newsen, Sunggyu discussed his feelings ahead of the album's release.

He explained that, although there are three songs on the album, he has affection for all of them. "They all have different vibes so I can't just pick one," said Sunggyu.

Although this album is not his first solo release, Sunggyu explained that his desire to keep getting better was an important part of working on the album. "Every time I work on a new album, I want to be able to show improvement and growth every time. For this album, I do my best to become a singer that people will look forward to and look forward to in the future," continued Sunggyu.

Kim Jong Wan of Nell is in charge of writing, composing, and producing all the songs on the album. Sunggyu has worked with Kim Jong Wan in the past and explained that it was an honor to work with him again.

"He is an artist who gave me the dream of becoming a singer. Working with Jong Wan is always happy and fun," he continued.

The title track for the album is "HUSH" and Sunggyu said that his favorite line of the song is "We can't hear each other's heartbeat". When asked why, he explained, "There are times when you know something, without even saying anything!"

The music video for “HUSH” features IZ * ONE's Eunbi. Sunggyu shared how it feels to work with someone he has known for a long time. "It was not easy to act at first. I thank Eunbi for taking the time to participate in the music video amidst her busy schedule," concluded Sunggyu.

Sunggyu has been a part of INFINITE for more than ten years. With many memories over the past few years, Sunggyu remembered that one moment he will never forget was the day of their first concert.

"I was very nervous that day but also happy to be able to show many different performances for the fans. This will be a moment I will never forget," said Sunggyu.

After choosing not to continue his contract with Woollim Entertainment, this will be his last release with the agency. He had mixed feelings and said, "It feels refreshing, but I'm also a little disappointed."

Sunggyu has been with Woollim Entertainment for over ten years and he is very grateful to everyone at the company and hopes that he will still see them in the future. At the end of the interview, Sunggyu then thanked his fans for everything they had done for him since debut!

"I hope everyone take good care of their health and only happy things happen to them. And thank you so much for waiting and being around for a long time. Let's stay strong!" close Sunggyu. (wk / daughter)
