TXT's Yeonjun proved that first impressions can be deceiving. The idol made by Big Hit Entertainment recently revealed that he is often thought of as arrogant and lacks manners.
In an interview with GQ Korea, Yeonjun was asked to mention common misconceptions people have about him. "What's one misconception people have about you?"
Yeonjun revealed that many people had the wrong impression of him when they first met. "Usually, when people first meet me, I think I make a strong impression," he said.
Yeonjun has often heard that he looks arrogant and rude. "They used to say, 'He looks arrogant,' and 'He looks rude.' A lot of people say that about their first impression of me, "he continued.
Even though people might mistake it that way, Yeonjun described his true self as someone completely different. He humbly calls himself an innocent fool and is afraid of many things.
"But once you know me, I'm just a fool, I'm innocent, and I'm afraid of many things. That's me," he explained.
Yeonjun ended by asking people not to misunderstand him. "Please don't get me wrong," asked this handsome idol.
It's a shame that Yeonjun is so often misunderstood by the people he meets. But at least fans know how cute he really is.
