On January 15, 2021, at 01.28 WIB in the morning, an earthquake measuring 6.2 on the Richter scale occurred in Majene, West Sulawesi.
Choi Siwon, who has visited Indonesia quite often and has been familiar with several Indonesian celebrities, also mourned the disaster that had occurred in Indonesia.
Through his twitter, Siwon expressed his sadness about this in Indonesian.
