Some time ago, GOT7 succeeded in making fans surprised because the seven members did not renew their contract with JYP Entertainment. Even so, Ahgase gave full support for the solo careers that would be chosen by JB, Jinyoung GOT7, Bambam, Jackson, Mark, Yugyeom, and Youngjae.
GOT7 itself is known to debut in 2014 to be precise on January 20, 2014. GOT7 debuted with the song "Girls Girls Girls" under JYP Entertainment.
The idols themselves are known to usually have 7 year contracts with agencies. Not a few have finally decided not to renew their contract or continue working at the same agency.
Several well-known idol groups who also debuted in 2014 certainly made fans wonder about their contra. Idol groups known to debut in 2014 include Red Velvet, WINNER, MAMAMOO, and Lovelyz.
On June 17th, MAMAMOO will commemorate their debut with the song "Mr. Ambiguous". The four MAMAMOO members, namely Solar, Hwasa, Wheein, and Moonbyul, are seen still actively working as a group or solo.
Red Velvet and WINNER debuted at different times of the day in August 2014. Red Velvet debuted on August 2nd with "Happiness", while WINNER debuted with "Empty".
Red Velvet is still seen releasing new works since their debut. While WINNER is currently known to have 2 members, Kim Jin Woo and Lee Seung Hoon, who are currently serving in the military.
Lovelyz last debuted in 2014 among others on November 12th under Woollim Entertainment. Lovelyz is known to debut with the song "Candy Jelly Love".
Until now, there is still no news about the continuation of the contracts from Red Velvet, WINNER, MAMAMOO, and Lovelyz. Rumors regarding the contracts of these famous groups are still rarely discussed.
