RM concluded by talking about how humble and honored they were with the nominations. "This is the greatest honor to be nominated. This is GRAMMYs. It is something every musician dreams of," said RM.
"We know that it means more than just a nomination. It also gave us the first record of the first recognized Korean pop artist, and that in and of itself is an important movement. We are very proud and humble at the same time," he continued. .
BTS itself was revealed to have been successfully selected as TIME's "Entertainer of the Year 2020". TIME announced that BTS has taken over the title this year. In a video, RM talked about how their 2020 includes the pandemic and their tour cancellations, but it also featured them reaching No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100.
