Fansite is a part of the K-Pop music industry that has been around for years. They consist of dedicated fans who follow wherever the idol goes to take photos or record videos. One of the fans of EXO's Baekhyun recently attracted attention because the reason it closed early last year.

Baekhyun is one of the popular K-Pop idols so it's not surprising that he has a lot of fansite. One of the fansite with the "Warm Light" account announced it closed in January 2019. When asked about the reason for closing, he gave a quite surprising answer.

The fansite manager said that he would enter the military which meant he was a man. Netizens were surprised to learn that Baekhyun had a male fansite manager.

"I have seen many reasons why fansite closed but this is the first time I have seen a reason like this," netizens said. "I remember there was also an Infinite fanite manager who went to conscription at that time and there was a video L saying, 'Are you going to become a soldier? Army? Are you going to the army?'
