"Nam Joo Ri's clothes are dominated by colors that create comfort. That is to represent her naive and gentle personality. In one episode, she was wearing a pastel purple top with a red outer. That illustrates her warm-hearted nature," said Jo Sang Gyeong.

Designer Jo Sang Gyeong then explained the meaning of pastel-colored clothing used by medical staff. According to him, this color selection is based to give a soft impression in a mental hospital.

"This drama tries to explain the mental hospital as a healthy healing room, not a frightening mental hospital. By providing uniforms of pastel-colored and vintage-style medical staff, I aim to soften the overall atmosphere of the hospital," he concluded.
