'Intruder' Alone Tells A Woman Who Went Lost 25 Years Ago And Returned To Her Family A Decade Later. The film was released since 4 June.

Song Ji Hyo is currently busy promoting her latest film "Intruder". The actress born in 1981 recently underwent an interview session discussing her struggle to star in the mystery thriller genre.

Song Ji Hyo recounts the desire of the director "Intruder" who wants him to be thinner to give a scary effect. The "Running Man" member finally went on a diet until he lost 7 kg.

"Before filming began, the director asked me to go on a diet. Actually it was okay to go on a diet before the shooting started because we had time, but it was difficult to maintain the weight until the shoot was finished," said Song Ji Hyo.

"In the beginning, I lost about 5kg (11lbs) and lost 2kg (4.4lbs) closer to the end," added Song Ji Hyo. Forcing to lose weight, Song Ji Hyo's health began to decline.

"After I started losing weight, my health dropped sharply. But when I delved deeper (my character), I continued to lose weight," continued Song Ji Hyo.

Song Ji Hyo then revealed how to reduce weight and the process was very tiring. He continued to limit his eating and exercising as much as possible every day.

"As we get older, it gets harder to lose weight. Diet through food is the basics and I run about 10 km every day. I try not to eat after 6 pm," Song Ji Hyo continued.

"But now that the shooting is over, Song Ji Hyo proudly admits that her weight has doubled." I got it back when the film ended. I got double back. "My weight continues to increase," concluded Song Ji Hyo.

Meanwhile, "Intruder" tells the story of a woman who disappeared 25 years ago. When he returned to his family a few decades later, his brother Seo Jin (Kim Moo Yeol), who was traumatized by his departure many years ago, began to be suspicious of his sister.
