CIX Expresses Their Feelings About Singing OST for the 'The God of High School' Animation Series

CIX Confirmed Will Sing ED (Ending Theme) for the 'The God Of High School' Animation Series. This animation is based on the popular webtoon about the tournament to find the best fighter among high school students in Korea.

CIX is soon known to be coming back with a new album soon. But despite being preoccupied with preparing for a comeback, the boy group made by C9 Entertainment also spoiled fans by participating in the OST an animated series.

CIX is confirmed to be singing ED (ending theme) for the animated series "The God of High School!" "The God of High School" is based on a popular webtoon about tournaments to find the best fighter among high school students in Korea.

This animated series was produced by Crunchyroll, the global animation streaming platform, and MAPPA, the Japanese animation studio behind projects such as the last season "Attack on Titan." Ahead of the anime's premiere, CIX members shared their thoughts about their OST.

BX, Seunghun, and Yonghee remembered the good memories of reading a webtoon with their friends when they were young. Bae Jinyoung and Hyunsuk explained that the members had returned and read the series in preparation for singing the anime OST.

Seunghun named Jin Mori, the protagonist, as his favorite character, while Hyunsuk chose Jin Tejin. Bae Jinyoung said that their OST is a beautiful song and easy to sing.

"It's a good song, easy to sing, and I remember very well how nice we were to record it," Bae Jinyoung said. "We worked hard to record songs and it turned out beautifully," Younghee said. "Not only is this a fun anime, our song is also beautiful, so we hope you like it like us," concluded Seunghun.

The OST to be sung by CIX is titled "WIN" and will be released along with the anime's premiere in July. Meanwhile, CIX is preparing for a comeback on June 30 with "Hello, Strange Time". Keep waiting for the latest news about CIX
