"The King: Eternal Monarch" became one of the dramas that attracted the viewers. The reason for this drama is starring a number of top actors, such as Lee Min Ho, Kim Go Eun, Woo Do Hwan, Kim Kyung Nam to Jung Eun Chae.

The drama itself airs every Friday and Saturday night on SBS. But unfortunately SBS will not air the latest episode of "The King: Eternal Monarch" on Friday (29/5) tomorrow.

This news was told by a source from SBS on Thursday (5/28). Instead of airing "The King: Eternal Monarch", SBS will present the American film "Contagion" in the drama's slot.


"Through 'Contagion', we will examine how humanity deals with viruses and raise awareness about (COVID-19). The crisis is increasing once again because the number of newly confirmed COVID-19 patients has jumped two for two consecutive days, reaching more than 70 patients (in a day) for the first time in almost two months, "said the source.

"Contagion" itself is an American thriller that revolves around a new virus that is causing a pandemic around the world. This film depicts human fear of infectious diseases and the struggle of medical experts at the forefront of disaster. That way, this film seems to have accurately predicted the COVID-19 pandemic.

Meanwhile, "The King: Eternal Monarch" will air again on Saturday (5/30). The drama, which has four episodes left, is reported to have completed all the filming processes on Thursday (5/28) today.
