Ahead of the BLACKPINK (Black Pink) comeback this coming June, the personnel are often the topic of netizens' conversation. A post on the online community site Pann highlighted YG Entertainment's treatment of Rose.
The post contains a table that lists the individual activities of the four BLACKPINK members from 2016 to 2020. From the table, it appears that Rose has the least individual schedule compared to the other members.
Of all BLACKPINK's individual schedules, Lisa has the most activities with 49 activities followed by Jennie with 44 activities plus a solo debut. While Jisoo and Rose each have 18 and 16 individual activities.
Netizens who published the post also highlighted YG's promise to give Rose a solo debut since 2018, but it has also been realized until now. Even though some famous singers such as IU, Jung Seunghwan and AKMU (Akdong Musician) have expressed their desire to collaborate with Rose.
This post also received attention and comments from other netizens. Some of them were also embarrassed to see the attitude of YG Entertainment who seemed to be less appreciative of Rose.
