On May 7, BTS Members, V, RM, and J-Hope, made a live broadcast on YouTube. This Is Also A Part Of Their Continuous Progress Updates On Self-Produced Upcoming Albums.
On May 7, members of Bangtan Boys (BTS) V, RM (Rap Monster) and J-Hope broadcast live on YouTube as part of their #StayConnected initiative. This is also part of their ongoing progress updates on the upcoming self-produced album.
Last week, Jimin BTS revealed that he had taken on the role of music project manager (PM). In the broadcast, V shared that he acted as a visual project manager.
"To show ARMY (BTS fan's name) a cool image, I will be responsible for the album jacket, concept and style. I have asked RM and J-Hope, who like clothes and like to wear diverse styles, to help me with style , "said V.
V, RM, and J-Hope then spend the next 40 minutes discussing ideas for the album jacket concept. J-Hope said, until now they have tried many concepts and all are very suitable.
"Until now, we have tried various styles for our album jacket photos. I think we will all relate to this, but I want to try something comfortable this time," said J-Hope.
"Since all members are involved in the production process, I think there will be many ideas about the concept. We exchange ideas a lot when we meet with the visual director. The members always suggest ideas, like when we do our jacket photos for 'IDOL'. I think because the members are directly involved this time, it will have a more natural vibe and ARMY will like it, "continued V.
"When we go on vacation, we only take cameras and take photos when they naturally come. I really like that picture. Instead of putting a lot of focus on production or arrangement, I want us to take photos with the feeling that we are on vacation together," further V.
RM said that they preferred to carry the concept of "our house" or "our room". That way, he hopes that the members can express their character through their personal items and clothing.
"Around the world, the space we call 'our home' and 'our room' has become very important. I think it would be better if each member decorated their room with their own props and chose their own clothes. Each member would come with their own theme, "said RM.
"We always talk among ourselves about how much we want to perform on stage. In these difficult times, it might be nice to have (house party) where we wear casual clothes in the living room and jump around and play with the microphone (karaoke), "said J-Hope.
The members continued this theme for some time, suggesting ideas such as five or six small rooms decorated in different styles, making films on different days to get a different atmosphere, making films as if they were not ordinary celebrities. What do you think?
