Kim Sihyun had participated as the first season "Produce 101" contestant with an independent trainee status. He inhabited 40th place and was eliminated in the 8th episode. After that, he signed a contract with Yuehua Entertainment.
Kim Sihyun again participated in "Produce 48" and was eliminated by being ranked 27th. He was named Yuehua Entertainment as a member of a new group called Everglow on February 17, 2019.
Recently an Instiz user made a post to appreciate Kim Sihyun's visuals. He claimed to be shocked when he saw the video of Kim Sihyun on Instagram and thought of Suzy. Netter praised his very beautiful visuals.
