Victim B met A in the bar where he worked first and continued to communicate with him. He stated that A had sexually harassed him at his home in Ilsan after A returned drunk.

B, who then filed a lawsuit against A, explained that he received psychological treatment because of trauma but decided to sue after seeing the unfolding of sexual crimes committed by celebrities. B was interrogated by police on March 27 as the plaintiff.

"The plaintiff's accusation is not true," said agency representative Kim Hyung Joon. "In 2010, Kim Hyung Joon only drank with a colleague and plaintiff. They went to the plaintiff's house at the request of the plaintiff himself and had a relationship on the basis of liking."
"He (B) uses his status (A) as a celebrity," continued the agency, which confirmed that this happened 9 years ago. The agency also stressed that their party plans to act on false accusations and defamation and participate in investigations.
