Choi Siwon will compete acting with Jung In Sun in the new drama "DNA Lover". Different from previous dramas, this time Siwon plays a very talented and sensitive obstetrician named Shim Yeon Woo.

The teaser video opens with a quite touching narrative, "DNA is a navigation tool that helps you find your lover." This narrative then raises various other questions, including who the destined partner is.
The scene footage then shows the figure of Yeon Woo who is making a presentation. The women there seemed enchanted by Yeon Woo's good looks.
Next, Han So Jin (Jung In Sun) suddenly accidentally hurt Yeon Woo's nose. Yeon Woo was hit by bad luck again when So Jin suddenly sneezed. So Jin's snot apparently landed on Yeon Woo's forehead.
The scene of So Jin meeting Seo Kang Hoon (Lee Tae Hwan), who works as a handsome firefighter, was also shown. At the end of the video, So Jin asks who her DNA lover is.
Meanwhile, "DNA Lover" tells the story of Shim Yeon Woo (Choi Siwon) who works as an obstetrician. He is known to be good at capturing women's hearts, but when a woman falls in love with him and becomes possessive, Yeon Woo will end the relationship.
Meanwhile, Han So Jin (Jung In Sun) is a researcher who works at a gene center. She is a bit geeky and obsessed with finding the genetically right man for her. Unintentionally, Yeon Woo and So Jin get involved with each other. On the other hand, Seo Kang Hoon (Lee Tae Hwan) appears, a handsome firefighter who always provides comfort to So Jin.
