On Monday (01/05) Big Planet Made announced that they will file a legal action after a person with the initial 'A' intimidated his artist.
Reporting from Kbizoom, Big Planet Made Entertainment said about the case that occurred in his company.
"Through our legal representatives Kim and Chang Law Firm, we filed a complaint with the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency against 'A' on charges of violating the Communications Privacy Act and committing intimidation," they explained.
Big Planet Made explained, "For quite a long period of time, 'A' secretly recorded our artists' private conversations and sent maliciously edited files to our CEO via online messages."
"The file is cleverly edited content that could seriously damage our artist's reputation, and the act of sending it to our CEO was explained to be for intimidation purposes," he explained.
Then they added, "To protect our artist's honor and ensure that many other celebrities do not suffer from similar acts in the future."
"We are taking strict legal action without leniency. In the future, we will continue to thoroughly respond to malicious posts to support the healthy activities of our artists," they said.
Meanwhile, Big Planet Made Entertainment is an agency that houses several well-known artists.
