LE SSERAFIM recently appeared together as guests on episode 381 of the JTBC entertainment show “Knowing Bros”. On this occasion the members talked about many things including Kim Chaewon who claimed to be very popular during his school days.
Kim Chae Won confidently said, “I studied at Gaepo High School. On my school's SNS page, someone posted messages, asking 'Does Kim Chae Won from Class X Class Y have a boyfriend?', and some even came to my class to see my face. I like receiving attention but I'm shy. So I pretended to do something, like read a book."
Hearing that, Seo Jang Hoon then commented, "Not only Kim Chae Won, the other members will also be popular when they are still in school. Jennifer (English name Huh Yun Jin), are you famous?”. In response, Huh Yun Jin said, “Not bad" and then explained the way the American students confessed, saying "They approached as friends and confessed through text messages."
Whereas Kazuha added, “I'm also famous. I kept feeling that someone was staring at me.” Heechul jokingly said, "I don't think Eun Chae is popular at school." and Hong Eun Chae, who previously revealed that she was the former principal of an elementary school, replied, "Don't you know that the principal of the school is chosen through a popularity vote?" and invite laughter.
Meanwhile on January 25, 2023, LE SSERAFIM made their Japanese debut, releasing a Japanese version of "Fearless". Then on March 16, 2023, Source Music reported that LE SSERAFIM will be making a comeback in early May and will be their first studio album, titled "Unforgiven" and is scheduled to be released on May 1.
