YG Entertainment's new girl group is likely to undergo a debut line-up change.
On Monday (06/03), YG Entertainment released a teaser video with the title "Last Evaluation" via BABYMONSTER's official YouTube channel.
In the teaser, Yang Hyun Suk announced that BABYMONSTER would not debut with 7 members.
Previously, YG Entertainment had introduced seven potential BABYMONSTER members, namely Ruka, Pharita, Rora, Asa, CHIQUITA, Ahyeon and Haram.
Yang Hyun Suk surprised the seven girls by announcing that not all of them would debut.
"BABYMONSTER will never be a group with 7 members. There will be those who will be eliminated," said Yang Hyun Suk.
To determine the debut line-up, YG Entertainment will reveal a monthly evaluation of the seven trainees who have been introduced to the public.
After that, they will decide the final debut lineup for BABYMONSTER.
The situation seemed tense after Yang Hyun Suk made the announcement.
