Song Joong Ki discussed many things about his wife, Katy Louise Saunders during an interview with fashion magazine GQ Korea. The actor has firmly denied the various negative rumors that have befallen his wife.
Song Joong Ki also recalled his busy schedule after registering his marriage with Katy on January 30, 2023. It seems that the actor was immediately busy with the process of reading the script "My Name is Loh Kiwan" even though he had dinner with his wife in the evening.
"That day, I registered our marriage and went straight to the location of the script reading and gosa (traditional Korean ritual to pray for good luck when starting a big event) for the movie 'My Name is Loh Kiwan'. After work, Katy and I had dinner together even though it was late. It was a really busy day," said the actor.
On the other hand, Song Joong Ki announced his marriage to Katy via his personal fancafe. The drama star "Vincenzo" mentioned his wife's full name as well as revealed that Katy was pregnant.
In his interview with GQ Korea, Song Joong Ki also gave praise to Katy. The former British actress is said to be the one who gave the drama star "Reborn Rich" confidence in various aspects.
"For example, there are thoughts and philosophies that I usually have, and she is a woman who reassures me that they are true. (She is) a friend who often tells me, 'Sounds like you'," said Song Joong Ki.
When Katy was hit by various negative rumors, Song Joong Ki was initially fine. "That is a daily occurrence for us, and even if many people find out about it, our love will not change," confided the actor born in 1985.
However, when the rumors grew unreasonable, Song Joong Ki admitted that he was very angry. "Except for the name of the university where she attended (Milan Bocconi University), none of the rumors were true. When my anger got bigger, Katy told me, 'You don't have to be angry with these people'," he added.
Meanwhile, Song Joong Ki is currently in Hungary to shoot his latest film "My Name is Loh Kiwan". The man brought along Katy and their pet named Nala. (wk/charity)
