The KBS program "Entertainment Company Plus" in its latest broadcast, Thursday (9/2) carries a ranking of celebrities who are more successful after divorce. Unexpectedly, rank 1 was given to Song Hye Kyo, who divorced from Song Joong Ki several years ago.
"Entertainment Company Plus" again discussed the relationship between Song Hye Kyo and Song Joong Ki, who initially fell out of love because they starred in "Descendants of the Sun" in 2016. The former couple married on October 31, 2017.
But in a matter of 1 year and 9 months of marriage, Song Hye Kyo and Song Joong Ki surprised the public with their divorce announcement in 2019. Song Hye Kyo made a drama comeback 2 years after her divorce through "Now, We Are Breaking Up".
In an interview, Song Hye Kyo once said, "The phrase 'Time will solve everything' sounds annoying but it gives me strength." Now the actress is reaping exorbitant praise for her slick acting in "The Glory".
