HYBE Labels are on the rise because the idols under their auspices are successful on the album and digital sales charts.
Quoted from Instagram @panncafe on Tuesday (7/2/2023), of the 20 best selling KPop albums, 13 of them were idols from HYBE Labels.
Call it sales of the BTS album (Mapof The Soul: 7), which sold 3.3 million copies. Then followed by other HYBE idols such as TXT (The Name Chapter: Temptation), SEVENTEEN (Face The Sun), ENHYPEN (Manifesto: Day 1), and many other albums.
Not only from sales, the digital chart of HYBE artists is extraordinary. This can be seen from the HYBE idol songs that topped the MelOn TOP 100 chart. Of the 10 highest chart songs on the MelOn TOP 100, 8 songs belong to idols from HYBE Labels.
Starting from the songs Hype Boy, Ditto, OMG, NewJeans' Attention, BSS SEVENTEEN's Fighting, TXT's Sugar Rush Ride, Tayeang's Vibe ft. Jimin, and LE SSERAFIM's Anti Fragile.
Not only that, fans also admit that HYBE is getting stronger. Apart from album sales and music charts, idols under HYBE successfully held concerts in 2022 and will continue in 2023 and the following years.
