Actress Kang So Ra surprised the public with facts about her weight. Apparently, after giving birth to her first child in April 2021, she managed to lose up to 20 kilograms.

Just to note, Kang So Ra is currently promoting her comeback drama, 'Can We Be Strangers.' Yesterday, Tuesday January 17th 2023, he appeared as a special guest on SBS Power FM's radio show 'Choi Hwa Jung's Power Time'.

On this occasion, the former partner of Leeteuk Super Junior on the 'We Got Married' program was asked about the secret to keeping fit and losing weight.

Kang So Ra honestly tells it with confidence.

"So, I do have a history of losing a lot of weight in the past. But there's no secret," he said, quoted from Allkpop, Wednesday (18/1/2023).

"Basically you have to starve and exercise. You can't think about losing weight when you eat three meals a day. That's not realistic," he said again.

Furthermore, the drama player 'Revolutionary Love' revealed his diet or eating pattern.

"I eat smaller portions and I feel hungry the next day whenever I overeat," she says.

Kang So Ra then emphasized the importance of exercising and other physical activities.

"I do ballet these days, but I also do weightlifting and yoga," says So Ra.
