Famous South Korean actor, Jung Woo Sung was caught accidentally taking a fan's candy. Due to his carelessness, he also apologized to fans who made him look cute.
The confession was posted by Jung Woo Sung's agency, namely Artist Company. They uploaded a video on their Instagram account and said that they were looking for the owner of the candy that the actor brought.
"We're looking for the owner of this Mentos candy!" wrote @artistcompanyofficial, quoted Tuesday (9/8/2022).
Furthermore, his agency also said the chronology of the actor bringing fan candy during the meet and greet for the Hunt film that he is currently promoting.
"On July 7, during greeting on the Hunt Daegu stage, someone gave Mentos to Jung Woo Sung! Jung Woo Sung is looking for the owner of the candy, please contact us via DM Instagram or comments," the agency wrote further.
In the video, Jung Woo Sung also explains that he is looking for the owner of the candy.
"I'm looking for the owner of this candy. I was shaking hands with someone during the Daegu screening, and there was Mentos candy in his hand. I thought that person gave it to me, so I said 'Thank you' and put the candy in my pocket. But it seems, not like that. I'm sorry for accidentally taking it, "he said.
Apparently, the action of the actor looking for the owner of the candy is not without reason. The reason is, a netizen uploaded a post on an online community that he was looking for candy.
"I went to the screening after work and I had Mentos in my pocket. I thought it was just a handshake and I just held Mentos in hand, then he took it, lol :(," reads the fan's post.
After seeing Jung Woo Sung's apology, the person couldn't help but comment on how adorable the actor was. Netizens and fans commented enthusiastically.
