Kim Garam recently released a draft of the Self-Governing Committee on school violence that earned him a level 5 sentence. In the draft, it was revealed that the former member of LE SSERAFIM was originally a bestie suspected of being a victim of bullying (YES).
However, because of YES's behavior that often talks about Kim Garam and other friends behind their backs, they are no longer friends. In the draft it was also revealed that even though YES still continued to do bad things.
YES took a photo of Kim Garam's friend and uploaded it on his Facebook account. This made Kim Garam's friend cry and the girl finally contacted YES to ask her to meet but he didn't answer.
Kim Garam ended up writing threatening messages like, "If you don't pick up, I'll kill you. I have something to tell your mother, should I call your mother directly?"
YES was finally able to be contacted and apologized for his actions. But even after changing schools, YES continued to say bad things about Kim Garam and claimed he was a victim of bullying.
Rumors of YES being a victim of bullying spread and a school violence trial was held. It was written in the draft that the cause of Kim Garam being punished was saying bad things, swearing at other students, cursing people on group chat apps and so on.
Kim Garam was eventually sentenced to level 5 followed by 6 hours of special education. Her parents were also called in to get 5 hours of special education. Meanwhile, the victim of the Kim Garam case received psychological counseling.
