V BTS (Bangtan Boys) returned to South Korea earlier than the other members. The reason is because he was invited to attend the VIP premiere of IU's new film, "Broker."

As is known, BTS visited the White House on May 31 (local time) at the invitation of the President of the United States, Joe Biden. This invitation was made to close "Asian American and Native Hawaiian/Pacific Islander Heritage Month (AANHPI)."

On June 2 KST, V arrived at Incheon International Airport alone. The owner of the name Kim Taehyung was only accompanied by a number of bodyguards.

According to Korean media Star News, V returned to Korea earlier than the other members to attend the VIP premiere of the movie "Broker" starring Kang Dong Won, a close acquaintance. It was reported that V took the flight via Abu Dhabi.

"Broker" which also stars Song Kang Ho received a standing ovation at the 2022 Cannes Film Festival. The film, directed by Hirokazu Koreeda, will be screened simultaneously on June 8, 2022 in Korea.

The report further added that V was looking for the fastest flight to support Kang Dong Won at the VIP Broker premiere in Seoul on June 2. They had previously hung out together in America.

Meanwhile, BTS will be releasing their new album "Proof" on June 10 with a total of three new songs. The songs in their anthology album will contain BTS' thoughts on the past, present, and future.

In related news, V was recently reported to be in a special relationship with Jennie BLACKPINK (Black Pink) because of their alleged photo in Jeju. This allegation has been circulating through online communities since May 22 and has been widely discussed by many people.

Regarding V and Jennie's dating rumors, YG Entertainment said that they had nothing to say. Meanwhile, HYBE and Big Hit Music chose to remain silent. (wk/chus)
