'Eve' Tells About Chaebol's 2 Trillion Won Divorce Lawsuit That Shocks the Entire Nation. This Drama Also Centers On The Revenge Of The Character Seo Ye Ji.

"Eve" immediately received the spotlight as soon as it premiered on Wednesday (1/6). Because the latest tvN broadcast immediately broadcast a hot and sensual kiss scene from the female main character Lee Ra El, played by Seo Ye Ji.

"Eve" tells of a chaebol's 2 trillion won divorce lawsuit that shocked the entire nation. Unbeknownst to the public, this high-stakes lawsuit is the result of a carefully calculated revenge scheme spanning 13 years.

Now, netizens are busy highlighting the use of the term gods for the four main characters of "Eve". Lee Ra El is described as the 28-year-old beauty goddess Aphrodite. Furthermore, Kang Yoon Gyum (Park Byung Eun) is described as Poseidon who resurrects a dead woman with his own blood.

Seo Eun Pyung's character (Lee Sang Yeob) is described as Orpheus who loves a woman so much, he takes her to the next world. Finally, Han So Ra (Yoo Sun) is described as Hera who maintains the majesty and beauty of a queen.

The use of the term Greek gods and goddesses has drawn criticism from South Korean netizens. "The description is more terrible," wrote one netizen. "I was more surprised because they were supposed to play Aphrodite and Poseidon," added another.

"Stop bullshit with Aphrodite and Poseidon," added another netizen. "Put aside the age difference. Description with Aphrodite. And Poseidon no but what kind of vibe is this," continued another. "Are they really going to play god??? Or a remake???" concluded another.

"Eve" started broadcast with promising ratings. According to Nielsen Korea, the replacement drama "The Killer's Shopping List" recorded a rating of 3.6 percent. The premiere episode also received viewership ratings of 19 years and over.

Meanwhile, "Eve" will air the second episode on Thursday (2/6). For those who are curious about this drama, don't miss watching it. (wk/charity)
