ONEWE's Yonghoon has announced his plans to enlist in the military.
Launching Soompi, Wednesday (22/6/2022), Yonghoon personally told his fans during Naver V's live broadcast that he would be enlisting in the military next month, July 12, 2022 to be exact.
RBW as the agency that oversees Yonghoon released an official statement regarding the registration of the Idol. Here's what the statement reads:
"Hello, this is RBW.
We are making an announcement regarding ONEWE's Yonghoon's military enlistment.
Yonghoon will enlist in the military on July 12, 2022.
The time and location of his enlistment will not be made public, and he plans to enter secretly.
In order to prevent the spread of Covid-19 and to minimize chaos on site, there will be no official event [for Yonghoon's enlistment].
Considering the fact that it will be an opportunity shared with many other soldiers, we ask WEVE [ONEWE fans] not to attend.
