This second generation girl group has become a hot topic of discussion again after it was revealed that Kara is celebrating their 15th anniversary debut anniversary.
Recently, a netizen enthusiastically shared his post showing the togetherness of former Kara members celebrating their debut day. Because of this, the circulating photo was re-uploaded in various online communities.

As is known, Kara officially debuted on March 29, 2007 as a 4-member girl group with Park Gyuri, Han Seung Yeon, Kim Sung Hee and Nicole. After Kim Sung Hee's withdrawal, they recruited Goo Hara and Kang Ji Young to form a 5-member group while promoting their first mini-album "Rock U" in 2008.
After that, they released many hits such as "Pretty Girl", "Honey", "Lupin", "Mister" and "Step". Through their works, this girl group received great love as a second generation girl group together with Girls' Generation and Wonder Girls.
After Nicole and Kang Jiyoung left in 2014, Heo Young Ji joined as a new member, but the group officially disbanded in 2016. Meanwhile, Goo Hara died unexpectedly in 2019.
