tvN's newest drama, Alchemy of Souls has shared an interesting new teaser. The drama is written by the popular screenwriting duo known as the Hong Sisters.
Alchemy of Souls is a fantasy romance drama set in the fictional country Daeho, a country that doesn't exist in history or on maps. The drama will tell the story of the exchange of people's souls due to magic.
Launching Soompi, Wednesday (15/6/2022), the new teaser begins with Nak Soo (Go Yoon Jung) who is strong and his soul is swapped in the body of Mu Deok (Jung So Min) who is weak. In his new appearance, he was surprised to find a dramatic decline in his physical agility.
In the drama Alchemy of Souls, Lee Jae Wook plays a clever, but troubled young master named Jang Wook from the Jang family.
He was told that there was no teacher anywhere who could teach him the technique.
In addition, Jang Wook also confidently answered, will find out for himself.
Jang Wook instantly recognized Mu Deok as the teacher he needed and told him,
"I think we can become a beautiful teacher-student relationship, where we can get what we want," said Jang Wook
After agreeing, Mu Deok finally realized that he was much worse than anticipated. So Mu Deok takes Jang Wook to his private practice site.
Much to his dismay, Jang Wook gets excited instead of motivating him so Mu Deok dramatically screams.
“Are you here to play? What are you doing now?! Jang Wook. If you're not going to do anything, just die." Mu Deok said.
Jang Wook experiences his own struggles when Park Jin (Yoo Joon Sang) tells him to stick to his old habits.
"Stay as the young master of the Jang family who doesn't know how to do anything," said Park Jin.
When he reunites with Mu Deok, Jang Wook says, “Thank you, I'm alive again.”
With almost no energy left, Mu Deok also replied, “You have lived, my disciple,” before collapsing into Jang Wook's arms.
The drama Alchemy of Souls will premiere on June 18 at 9:10 p.m. KST. /celebrities.id
