Set in a touching teenage romance, My Accidental Country Diaries tells the story of a veterinarian named Han Ji Yool (Choo Young Woo), born and raised in the city of Seoul.
One day, Ji Yool is sent to work in a remote village in Heedong-ri. There he meets a local police officer named Ahn Ja Young (Joy) who maintains the peace of the village and has a cheerful nature.
