While attending the 'The Witch' Sequel Conference on Tuesday (24/5), Park Eun Bin admitted to being very surprised by one aspect of this film. Listen to his speech below.
The production team for the sequel to the film "The Witch" namely "The Witch: Part 2 The Other One" held a press conference on Tuesday (24/5). The event was attended by the director and the main cast including Park Eun Bin.
"The Witch: Part 2 The Other One" is an action film centered around the "girl" (Shin Shi A), the sole survivor of a secret laboratory being destroyed. When he came out into the world, various powers chased him with different goals.
Park Eun Bin plays a woman named Kyung Hee, who fights to protect the girl. Kyung Hee is a warm-hearted person who escapes a crisis thanks to the help of "the girl" whom she meets by chance. That's why he finally decided to help her.
During the press conference, Park Eun Bin revealed one aspect of the film "The Witch: Part 2 The Other One" that made him very surprised. He said, "I really enjoyed watching 'The Witch.' From a viewer's point of view, I was surprised to see the worldview develop like this."
He continued, "If the action scenes in the first part were mostly indoors, the outdoor action scenes were in the second part. I was curious about what would happen while filming, but now I really want to know how it will appear on the screen. ."
Park Eun Bin then talked about her character named Kyung Hee. He explained, "My character has a personal story with his family, so he lives in the United States and only comes back to protect his farm and younger brother on behalf of his late father."
"He happened to meet a girl who had just stepped into this world. But he couldn't just leave her, so he suddenly became his guardian," added Park Eun Bin.
Furthermore, he said, "The first thing I asked the director after reading the screenplay was how this girl and ordinary citizens would spend their time together. You will know when you watch the film about what kind of emotional flow I have with the young girl."
Meanwhile, this film offers an impressive lineup of casts and cameos such as Seo Eun Soo, Jin Goo, Sung Yoo Bin, Jo Min Su, Lee Jong Suk to Kim Da Mi. The plan, the film which is expected to become another hit, will be released on June 15. (wk/eval)
