Sehun EXO Reports That He's In The Recovery Period After Undergoing Minor Surgery

When appearing on a fan application, Sehun revealed that he had just had surgery and now he was asked to rest more.


Towards the celebration of EXO's 10th debut anniversary, in fact, it was not only greeted with happy news. Recently, the health conditions of the members have experienced things that require time to rest from activities.

On Thursday (17/3), Sehun independently gave news to his fans that he had just had surgery. This news quickly became a trending topic on Twitter.

Sehun informed fans that he is currently recovering, which indicates that the operation went smoothly. However, despite telling him that he had just had surgery, Sehun didn't mention which part of the body was injured.

"I've had surgery on a body part that hasn't been fine for a long time and now I can't do anything because of the recovery period," she wrote in the news.

"This is why I always tell you to take care of your health, take your vitamins and eat healthy food for the body. It's just a minor surgery so I'll be back soon after I rest. I've been thinking about taking care of my health lately, is it because I'm getting better and better. old haha," he wrote later, still trying to entertain fans despite his poor health.

In addition, another EXO member, Kai is also experiencing an unfavorable health condition. He tested positive for COVID-19 and is currently in self-quarantine.

Therefore, the news of Sehun's and Kai's health caused anxiety for fans. Fans flocked to give their support for Sehun so he could recover.

Meanwhile, EXO will hold the "2022 Debut Anniversary Fan Event: EXO" at Jamsil Indoor Gymnasium Seoul on April 9. The event will be open to fans both as a face-to-face event, and online via Beyond LIVE.

EXO members including Suho, Xiumin, D.O., Kai and Sehun are expected to participate in events such as special stages, games, interviews and more. Tickets for the in-person event will be available starting March 21 at 8 p.m. KST via Yes24 for official fan club members.
