An accusation posted on Twitter in September 2016 was leveled against Yoon Chan Young. The allegations are about bullying and misogynistic or hateful acts against women in schools.
Yoon Chan Young had debuted about 10 years ago as a child actor, but he's only just getting started with the Netflix zombie hit, "All Of Us Are Dead". Unfortunately, past accusations made in 2016 are starting to resurface and threaten his reputation.
An accusation posted on Twitter in September 2016 was leveled against Yoon Chan Young. The accusations of bullying and misogynistic or hateful acts against women in schools have now been raised again.
"Last year was when I still didn't know how serious the hatred against women in our country was. At school, they always taught us that 'discrimination against women has reduced a lot' and I really thought that it was after hearing that. I don't know if it's because we were taught this that I became more ignorant but when I was in the midst of discrimination this is when this problem exploded," wrote a netizen with Twitter username @@ensowflahe.
"Rather than saying it exploded, maybe a better way to put it is that the kids found the paper. At lunch, I saw my friends were looking at a piece of paper and whispering, and I was wondering why they were swearing so I looked at the paper." too. On that paper is the ranking of our class's female students by their own standards. Our female teachers are also ranked."
He continued, "I was number one in the top 3 faces and I don't remember it well but the girls were ranked according to various standards. Our ethics teacher told everyone except those who wrote on paper and those who were written on paper to go home. the culprit to come out and have them face the wall after a few minutes. All the culprits are Park Ju Hyung, Im Se Hyun and Hong Ji Pyo. That's right, child actor Yoon Chan Young.
The allegations were posted in late September 2016, when Yoon Chan Young was in his final year of middle school. However, the netizen who posted it claimed this happened the year before, in 2015. He also uploaded a screenshot of the apology he received, but it was not specified from whom he received it.
"Looks like you didn't check KakaoTalk so I'm letting you know via text. I'm really sorry. I didn't do it because I didn't like you, but I was just joking with the kids and we may have crossed the line. As the chairman, I really regret not stopping them and even did it with them and I'm sorry about that. I won't do it next time. It's not that we did something wrong [to get rid of]. I'm so sorry," someone wrote in the message.

Reactions online started pouring in. A netizen claiming to be an alumnus of the same middle school as Yoon Chan Young said that "everything exploded in the end." Others still couldn't believe it. Neither Yoon Chan Young nor his agency has made a statement regarding this matter. (wk/goddess)
