The latest stills of 'Serve the People' not only show the sensual love story of Yeon Woo Jin and Ji An but also raise the conflicts of the characters in it.
The film "Serve the People" has just uploaded a snippet of an interesting scene between Yeon Woo Jin, Ji An, and Cho Sung Ha. Not only showing hot scenes, this film will also show human greed.
"Serve the People" tells the story of Mu Gwang (Yeon Woo Jin) an exemplary soldier who dreams of becoming successful for the sake of his wife and children. When he gets the job of being a cook at the Division Commander's (Cho Sung Ha) house, his life turns upside down.
Who would have thought that Mu Gwang would fall in love with the commander's young wife, Soo Ryun (Ji An). When the Commander leaves for a business trip, Mu Gwang and Soo Ryun engage in a heated affair.
On Thursday (3/2), the production team uploaded footage of the "Serve the People" scene that piqued the interest of viewers. These clips not only imply the sensual love between Mu Gwang and Soo Ryun, but also raise the conflict between each of the characters. In one photo, Mu Gwang shows an expression of despair as he kneels in front of a dangerous love and hopes for something, adding to the sensibility of the sad game.
In addition, there is a photo where Mu Gwang is being fed by Soo Ryun as if they were in love. In another portrait, the two seem to be lost in their own world with the canopy supporting the mosquito net on a fallen mattress. Mu Gwang and Soo Ryun lying on the floor with mosquito nets around their bodies depicted a beautiful visual and a romantic and exciting atmosphere at the same time.
In another photo, half of Soo Ryun's face is covered by Mu Gwang where they are facing each other. Desperate expressions were displayed as if they were having a major conflict where both of them had difficulty breaking through the taboo wall around them. This scene sparked viewers' curiosity as to how unconventional developments "Serve the People" would show.
Lastly, there is a portrait of the Commander holding a gun with a stern look on his face as a sign that he never misses what he wants. This scene adds to the tension as if it is aiming at the illicit relationship between Mu Gwang and Soo Ryun.
Meanwhile, "Serve the People" is scheduled to hit the screens on February 23. This film is an adaptation of the novel of the same name which was published in 2005. (wk/inta)
