On Wednesday (16/2), Disney+ held a press conference for its new drama entitled "Grid". On this occasion, Lee Si Young revealed the pleasant atmosphere on the set.

"Grid" tells the story of a mysterious "ghost" who disappeared after appearing in 1997 to save humanity. The creature reappears 24 years later to help a serial killer escape.

In more detail, the ghost makes a technology called "Grid" to prevent the annihilation of the Earth by the solar wind. He is called a ghost because the government is not sure if he is a real person.

After disappearing for two decades, a ghost returns to Earth in 2021 to protect an assassin. In that way, he ended up being both a savior and a killer.

Lee Si Young said that unlike the drama atmosphere, the set of "Grid" had a pleasant vibe. He said, "We had fun while filming the drama."

He continued, "Although there's not much I can share about it at the moment, I can say that viewers will have fun as they will discover the identity of the 'ghost' and the secret of the 'network' system throughout the drama."

Lee Si Young then revealed his happiness as a ghost. He commented, "I used to chase other people in my previous work, so this is my first time being chased. It feels good because my character knows everything and is always ahead of others."

Lastly, Lee Si Young raised viewers' anticipation by revealing his character's interesting relationship with a killer. He shared, "To be honest, I had a lot of questions while reading the script."

"I wonder why the 'ghost' protects serial killer Kim Ma Nok (Kim Sung Kyun) and what kind of relationship they have. It will be more entertaining if you can remember these questions while watching the drama," he concluded.

Meanwhile, "Grid" is one of the most awaited dramas. Because in addition to being star-studded, this drama was also worked on by scriptwriter Lee Soo Yeon, who previously had success with the "Stranger" and "Life" series. (wk/eval)
